A pipe nipple is a fitting that consisting of a short straight piece of pipe,and with male threads on both ends or one ends to connect two/one other female threaded fittings or pipes.It is often divided into single head and double head or ordinary and hex nipples.It adopts either external thread or plug-in welding to reach the male/female head of the coupling/union, matching the seal.The main thread standards are the American standard ASME B16.11 and the national standard GB/T14626.
