Coating materials and characteristics
Polyethylene (PE) coating
Corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to most acid, alkali, salt and other chemical substances, and can effectively prevent the corrosion of steel pipes, which is suitable for various chemical media transportation environment.
Flexibility: With high flexibility and impact resistance, in the pipeline installation and use process, can withstand a certain degree of bending and stretching, not easy to break.
Health performance: non-toxic, tasteless, in line with food hygiene standards, can be used for drinking water, food and beverage and other industries of the pipeline, will not cause pollution to the transport medium.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coating
Weather resistance: It has excellent weather resistance, can maintain stable performance under different climatic conditions, and is not easily affected by ultraviolet rays, temperature changes and other factors. It is suitable for outdoor pipeline system.
Chemical resistance: It has good corrosion resistance to a variety of chemical substances, and can be used to transport some highly corrosive industrial wastewater and chemical solutions.
Smooth surface: the surface of the coating is smooth, the friction coefficient is small, which can effectively reduce the flow resistance of the fluid in the pipeline and improve the transportation efficiency.
Epoxy coating

Mechanical properties: with high hardness and wear resistance, can withstand a certain degree of friction and impact, in the pipeline transportation process, not easy to be worn by particles in the medium and other substances.
