  3. - Ƙayyadaddun GOST suna ba da jagororin ƙira, girma, kayan aiki, masana'anta, da gwajin samfuran masana'antu, gami da kayan aikin walda kamar huluna da aka yi amfani da su a cikin tsarin bututu.
  4. - Ma'auni yana tabbatar da cewa iyakoki da aka ƙera daidai da ka'idodin GOST sun cika ka'idodin inganci kuma sun dace da sauran abubuwan da ke cikin hanyar sadarwar bututu.
